The Public Training Sessions are open to anyone who has attended a Fitness Induction with one of our Fully Qualified Instructors. If anyone has any specific training questions then please feel free to ask an member of our fitness team who will be only to happy to help.
Circuit Training
Tuesdays &
Thursdays:
8.30pm - 9.15pm &
9.15pm - 10.00pm
This high tempo class is designed to motivate and inspire our gym users to get the most form their training. The instructor leads you through various numbered exercise stations.
This class is open to adults of all fitness levels and is an enjoyable way to train and meet new people.
As this is a popular class we recommend you book your session in advance by phoning reception on 01937 833001.
Junior Gym
Fridays: 8.00pm - 9.00pm
Saturdays:
2.00pm - 3.00pm*
The Junior Gym session is designed to introduce and educate 11-13 year olds on the benefits of regular exercise in a safe and controlled environment. The children will complete a comprehensive induction session with one of our fully qualified fitness instructors. Once the induction has been completed to the satisfaction of the fitness instructor the child will be able to book a slot in the gym during the designated junior gym sessions. They will ONLY be able to use the facility during these sessions. On the child's 14th birthday they will be sent a new fitness user card and can then use the facility on an unrestricted basis.
Extra sessions are arranged during school holidays.
